  • Financial & Payment Details: Bank account numbers and IFSC codes for payouts. Transactional payment information processed securely via our payments partner.

3. Razorpay Payments & Security

All digital payments on LANCR are processed securely using Razorpay.

  • We do not store your credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, or Net Banking credentials on our servers.
  • All payment processing is governed by Razorpay's security standards and complies with RBI (Reserve Bank of India) regulations.

4. Escrow and Indian GST Compliance

LANCR utilizes a secured milestone-based escrow mechanism. Funds deposited by clients are held securely until project milestones are completed and verified.

  • Platform fees charged by LANCR are subject to 18% Goods and Services Tax (GST) under Indian tax laws.
  • Appropriate tax invoices containing our GST details and your GSTIN (if provided) will be issued for all transactions.
  • We comply with Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) and Tax Collected at Source (TCS) provisions under the Indian Income Tax Act where applicable.

5. Data Sharing and Contact

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share information only with trusted partner services (like Razorpay) necessary to facilitate secure payments, escrow, and platform operations.
